am in zambia and i tried searching tubidy fm offline music player and it is not showing on the results on appstore but if i search on safari it comes, when i try downloading it from the safari link it says app not available in your region

The iPhone is part of a closed ecosystem. You can't download and install apps outside the Apple App Store unless there are 3rd-party app stores in your region.
If the developer doesn't offer the app in the Apple App Store for your region you cannot download and install it.
