Certain apps for Zambia not showing

I needed to download an app but I am unable to find it on App Store, what could be the problem?

how do i access an app which is not in my home app store I am trying to access an app that is not in my home App Store (UK) , but is available in the Thai App Store. How do I achieve downloading the app?

If an app isn't available in your region, you won't find that app in the App Store and you cannot download that app.
