Unable to purchase songs from Apple Music

My current account does not allow me to purchase music from the store in the country i am in. Originally I created my account in France. Then I moved to Bulgaria. Since I changed my iPhones locally and purchased two iPads. Having an Apple Music subscription all the devices are perfectly aligned. Few days ago I had a MacBook Pro in Bulgaria and it does sync with my Apple Music as playlists etc. But once I choose a song an error message says that I am not allowed to purchase it from the Bulgarian store. Would be great to solve this.
