is there any possibility to hide AssistiveTouch menu forever?

I need to use SOMETIMES (not every time) mouse with my iphone. its on my table when I'm working and I'm watching videos on it. I'm using BT keyboard and mouse, which can be very easily connected to several devices. So, all I want is to connect mouse / keyboard to iphone, this is times more convenient then to take it in my hand and trying to press tiny stuff on the screen with fingers. But I DO NOT NEED this piece of garbage (AssistiveTouch menu) on my screen at all. Its the most annoying stuff I ever seen on mobile device. Why can't I hide it forever and just use mouse when I need it?!! The same question about game controller. Maybe I can rollback to the old firmwares somehow?
