Why is the 5x camera lens on my iPhone 16 Pro acting unstable?

Hello. I am having problems with the 5x lens on my phone's camera. The phone is very unstable when switching lenses, it switches instantly without stopping. Also, when switching to 5x, there used to be a very smooth transition, but now it is an extremely harsh transition. There is a recording I made on the Youtube Video link.
