How do I make MainStage consolidate command work?

Mainstage Consolidate command appears to do nothing. After presenting the dialog of check boxes, and reloading a sample, "preparing regions", it simply disappears without having done anything. 15.3.2, MainStage 3.7.1. what can I try?

Ok, maybe I am mistaken. It's not behaving the way I expected, rather than an archiving out process it's just gone ahead and copied all the original loops to a new location and changed the pointers, in the original. Not what I really wanted, I was hoping to have more control over it than that. What do I do now when I need to change or edit some of my playback wave files? They now sit in one gigantic folder. I guess it might work in my favour ultimately, as I want to be working back and forth between two machines. So I might have to get used to it. Thanks all.
