How to transfer WhatsApp data from non-functional iPhone 6 to iPhone 12 mini without a backup?

how to transfer whatsapp data from iphone 6 to iphone 12mini if there is no back up and the app in old phone is not working? i have upgraded to iphone 12mini from iphone6. now i need to transfer my whatsapp data from old phone to new. but unfortunatley i have no backup and the whatsapp in my old phone is not opening.is there any way to transfer my data to my new phone?

You'll need to contact Meta, the parent company of WhatsApp for help. I'm pretty sure WhatsApp data which hasn't been backed up, can't be moved. But ask them as Apple has nothing to do with WhatsApp at all.

As lobster has said, your best bet is to contact Meta. They might be able to access your data but in any case they might not be able to help.

General rule is: no backup, no data.

You cannot restore what doesn't exist.
