What happens to shared Apple Music playlists after canceling my subscription?

i live in a different country (japan) and need region-specific apps. i saw i can create a new icloud account that's tied to that region, but i need to delete my apple music subscription which will delete my library. i was thinking about sharing a playlist w my friend of all my music, switch to my japan account to download the apps i need, then switch back to my original account. will the playlist i shared w my friend get deleted if i do this?
