Recovering my Apple Music library after changing my Apple ID region

Hello, I'm going to change my Apple ID region soon and that means that I'll need to cancel and then subscribe again to Apple Music. That means that all my library will be gone. So, my question is:

Can I create one ore more playlists with all my music and send it to my sibling (he has Apple Music subscription too), then he will add my playlists to his library. After that, I will change my region and then he will send me my playlists back and I will add them to my new library. Is it going to work out?

P.S. I understand that when I will cancel my previous subscription, all the playlists that I created, are going to be deleted (even if they are added to some different person's library). So my sibling will just create his own playlist and add all tracks from my playlist. That means that the creator of the playlist will be the person with active subscription.
