can siri tell the truth or is it controlled responses

Any time I ask Siri a relevant question she only responds with a link. Certain subjects seem to silence “her”. Can she independently answer questions without the bias of her code writers?

Siri searches for relevant answers from a variety of sources online. Siri will often respond with a link to what was found.
