How do I resolve 'you shut down your computer because of a problem' message on Ventura 13.7.6 iMac?

OS is Ventura 13.7.6. The issue started a few days ago. I've tried the resolutions I see online... remove all the diagnostic files as suggested with no success, emptied trash after deleting. I've used safe mode, no help ...I've disabled all the login items. I'm using an Imac 4.2 ghz quad core i7 etc...I've tried booting to safe mode, any thoughts on what I can try next.

I also don't recognize this username. I haven't posted often, not sure where the user name comes from.

You have a third party process installed on your computer that is causing a conflict. Post the free EtreCheck report using the Additional Text option when posting. The report contains no personal information and will identify processes that continue to run even when in Safe Mode.

Make sure you do not have any of these installed:

Cleaners (such as CleanMyMac for example)
Optimizers
AntiVirus
