Apple Music Library won't Sync on desktop Mac Studio

my Apple Music now won't sync the library on my Mac Studio so i am missing lots of my music. yes, i logged out of my iCloud & back in on the Music app, my subscription to AppleOne Premiere is current, my computer is authorized on the account (4 out of 5 ) . it appears on my iPhone, but for some reason my desktop Studio just shows a few artists & not my complete library. there's a button at the top that asks to sync my library but when i click it the below error shows up. yes, i can use my iPhone to play to the HomePod but i would rather have the desktop computer since it's the only Apple product that is always on. when i take my iPhone outside for a moment the music annoyingly disconnects. this never happened when i played to the HomePod using my desktop. i've been just playing by asking Siri on the HomePod but it chooses some really horrible choices & i'd like to use my own playlists.

i keep getting this error when i try to sync my library. it says temporary, but it's been over 2 weeks now. :
