Airplay OS18.5 Not Working, HomePods Not Showing Up

Hi I have new issue that Airplay on OS18.5 is not working, with my HomePods not showing up in Apple Music, and not even configurable or usable from Apple Home. I’ve reset the network on iPhone 16, reset my router, all devices are up to date, I’ve tried connecting to the speakers using multiple Apple devices, and even an Apple TV 4K. Come on Apple, you are continually releasing updates with AirPlay and eARC issues, which is unacceptable when your customers have invested in your devices.

It appears to be a new issue, which has only occurred since the 18.5 update, whereby the HomePod cannot connect to some 802.1X Wi-Fi networks. The errors I get are:

“HomePod features like AirPlay and Personal Content may not work on "NETWORK NAME" because it does not support peer-to-peer connections.”
“HomePod Speakers Cannot Connect to Network”

Everything worked fine before the Apple update, and yes, every device has been reset, updated and checked.

Have you restarted your HomePods to see if the issues persist? I don’t have this issues on 18.5. Are the HomePods up to date as well
