I can no longer get Pandora to play on my iPod.

When I click on Pandora on my iPod I get message “Cannot connect to Pandora” Did not have this problem until

Music app stops when open qvc I listen to pandora on my iPhone. When I open the qvc app, pandora stops. I’ve gone into settings and turned off everything I can turn off. I also went into QVC app Anna turned off auto play there. Did not help
