Unable to share a music folder with Windows device after macOS Ventura 13.7.5 update

I use the Macbook m1 for music, I need to share the MUSIC folder with windows.

Up to Ventura 13.7.4 everything was ok, after updating to 13.7.5 every change I make to a file in the music folder freezes windows 10 explorer.

what I tried:

use other computers with clean installation of windows 10 and 11

create another administrator user on the mac

restore Ventura and it worked 2 days

call apple support with screen sharing of both pc and mac

all this did not work
