Hi, I’ve broken my screen and have sent the phone in for repair. I was told by the company to remove the device from 'Find My iPhone', but it turns out I didn’t just remove it—I accidentally deleted the device. Is there anything that can be done about this? I’m getting my phone back from the repair and don’t want it to be erased.

You should have made a backup before you sent the phone in. When Apple replaces the screen the phone would be erased anyway. As long as you have a backup, you'll be able to set it up again from the backup you made before sending it in. If you haven't backed up the phone, your data is gone.
