Child's screentime activity not available for 7 days

My son's phone is not showing screen time activity on my phone. It is going into downtime at the proper times but I cannot see his activity. It says it hasn't been available for 7 days and to check to make sure he's logged into icloud and connected to the internet. Both are fine. Both of our devices are updated and have been restarted. Please help!!!

Child’s missing screen activity When in the Screen Time area of Settings, I can see in my Family section, my child listed listed. However, when i click or while I can adjust their settings, I see no actual usage data an only see "As this device is used, screen time will be reported here". The screen time restriction seems to be working though - turning off when it should BUT it is also turning off my phone. So, two issues…screen time is not showing my sons actual activity and screen time limits is going on my phone as well as child’s

Screentime for a child not working... We have a problem where, although we can set screentime "on" for our son, it does not seem to impact his iPhone? On the Screen Time screen (accessed via Settings) in the 'device section' at the top, it does not show is iPhone (it does show his iPad). Any ideas?
