Sorry about your difficulty with the Minecraft purchase.

Is it possible that screen-time settings prevented your purchase from downloading ?

As there's nothing listed in your purchase history : seems Apple may not have your money in order to refund it.

See Apple support's article:

About purchases not billed through the App Store or the App Store’s In-App Purchase system - Apple Support

Eg says:

"If you paid for an app, a purchase within an app, or a subscription outside of Apple’s ecosystem,

contact the developer for billing support or a refund."

You may want to try asking the Minecraft seller about access to your download, or to a refund.

The best source of help for a product not made by Apple (a third-party product) is the company or person who made it—its vendor or developer:

Hi again ... we are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community, so Apple isn't likely to see your posts to the community.

The screenshot would be too personal to post here, your private info. is confidential.

As the purchase isn't listed in your purchase history, it still isn't one of Apple's own products. The Minecraft game's vendor or developer would have your money, and your best option for obtaining the download, or a refund.

or

You could try going back to where you made the purchase, and see if there are any options there to restore your purchase.

If this is the game (link below) ... scroll down and it says the seller is "Mojang AB"

(The game needs 1.1 Gb space)
