Unexpected charges appear to be common.
There's nothing Apple or your fellow users can do. If you can't get the issue resolved at Smartly, about all you can do is report them to your credit card holder. Get any unrecognized charges reversed, if possible. Have your current card cancelled so they can no longer make any charges against it.
