How do I create a loop that restarts on the beat in GarageBand?

I use the yellow line and adjust the area I want to loop, but the loop doesn’t restart right on one.

Smart Tempo Rushing/Dragging When I import a song into Logic and analyze with Smart Tempo, Logic sometimes gets confused, and a section of the song will occasionally rush super fast or drag super slow. Deleting tempo information and re-analyzing doesn't help, and I'm not sure how to fix it using flex markers. To be clear, there are no tempo list changes, and I'm using Apply Project Tempo To Region and Downbeat command. The current song in question is Donna Summer's "I Feel Love," which obviously has a great big four-on-the-floor kick, so not sure how it's getting thrown. Is the answer, "this is why people use Ableton for this kind of thing"?

Garageband sound issue- keeps regressing even when track Is locked Hello, I have a podcast interview to edit asap and I am losing my mind as the volume keeps regressing. I have tried locking it, but once I hit play to re-listen to the track, OR if I save it OR export to disk, it regresses. How do I fix this? Seems like a bug. Screens attached. Any help? regressed:
