How to change the name of person on Family Locater

I see my husband's phone location but it shows my Contact info. I double clicked it but it only allows me to edit my Contact info but I want to link it to a different Contact.

My contact list is not min Yes I had family sharing, when I lost my phone, my partner gave me his iPhone, I used it for a while and upgraded then I returned his phone to him. On my new phone I see a whole entire contact list that belongs to him. On the contact app I have no contacts of my own exept his contacts are under “my contacts” group. I really don’t know what to do, it’s so frustrating
