Can't seem to manage the family section of my Apple Music Family plan on my Android device

Recently, I discovered that, there's actually Apple Music on Android. I decided to do one-month free individual plan. A few days using it, and that was enough to make me convert fully into Apple Music.

I upgraded to the Family plan through the app, but when I click on the "Manage Family" part, it keeps asking me for my Apple ID password, and after that, it quits off the "Manage Family" section, essentially rendering me unable to choose my family plan members.

I uninstalled the app, reinstalled, formatted the datas and cleared the cache of the app, signed out, signed back in. Nothing worked.
