iMessage not sending pictures and audio messages after iOS 18.4.1 update on my iPhone 16 Pro

Ever since the update to IOS 18.4.1 I’m still having issues with my iMessage not sending pictures and audio messages. I’ve tried all the options: turning off the phone, checking network, have enough storage etc

my last option is going to the Apple Store.

has anyone else found the solution? Or Apple please fix this issue it’s been a month and a half
