Siri often fails to respond on my new iPhone 16 Pro
Went through retrained Siri for my voice but no help same problem on my wife’s iPhone 16 pro

Are there other Siri devices in your house? HomePods, Apple Watches and so? This can cause the iPhone to not listen any further
My dad has the same issue with his new iPhone 16 pro that i set up for him, so we might aslo want to report this to apple as feedback. You can do so using this link
