Why can't I adjust vertical display dimension on iMac using MS Outlook?

I am able to adjust the display in the horizontal dimension and not vertical? This happened recently and never happened in the past. (A month ago)

Resize preferences pane in Mail My preferences pane in Mail is ridiculously wide and doesn't seem to be resizable. There are no resizing arrows in the bottom right corner - or anywhere else that I can see. I have dual monitors, and it spreads all the way across both. It seems to have started when I tried to import a signature that was too large. I have deleted the signature, but the pane has remained at that size. Mac Mail Window - Doesn't Fit on MacBook Screen Mac Mail does not fit on my MacBook Pro screen. It stretches beyond the boundary of the screen. Is there a way to accomplish this w/o using Full Screen mode? If not, I'm willing to use Full Screen mode, but when I do I have a different problem: When I leave Mail (Command Tab) and go to a different app, and then come back to Mail, the Mail Window is missing. I have to use Mission Control to view it.

Mail preferences screen size can't be modified; green button missing The green button is missing from the Preferences screen, so I have a very wide screen which can't be modified in size. OS 12.7. This is not a new problem.

Apple menu -> System Preferences/Settings -> Displays manages all dimensions.

EasyRes UEFI, SwitchResX, and DisplayConfigX are three tools that give you even better support. Outlook will

fit its windows into the existing resolution that the Mac is setup as.
