I'm trying to select File Sharing to ON, and the box will not select. I have tried what I can find on the internet, and so far nothing has worked. Any help is appreciated.

It looks like one is a 27" iMac running macOS 10.15 Catalina.
What is your other Mac and what macOS version is it running..?
For the "File Sharing" instructions, have a look at > Set up file sharing on Mac - Apple Support
(note: that different macOS versions can be selected at the top of the page)
Also FWIW, Screen Sharing your Mac's is another option that can make File Sharing easier to manage.

Hey! I'm just trying to run Sonos to read my music library, and the app has to have file sharing enabled. For some reason, it disabled and I can't re-enable it. Therefore, the Sonos says it can't find my music file. Thanks for the help!

Sorry I do not have or use Sonos.
Check with Sonos Support to see if they can help.
