How to stop icloud logon confirmation emails -spam

When I logon to my iCloud on my PC I have to use TWO versions of Two factor authentication - first I need to affirm that it's e, then I need to enter a stupidly long passcode. (Oh and my password needs to meet ridiculous criteria including numbers, capitals, Celtic runes and the hair of a bat!)

And then, after signing in I get a logon confirmation email sent to me.

I don't have the nuclear launch codes on my iCloud, just personal snaps. How can I REDUCE the RIDICULOUS over-the-top security and not need to put up with all this annoyance?

I mean really! What If I don't have any bat hair?
