How to recover 84 missing photos and videos from a shared album on iPhone without iCloud?

I had currently went to a concert and had put all my photos into a shared album, knowing they would save in there when I would delete them in my library. But in the same day when I went back in the shared album they’re gone. I can’t get them back as I permanently deleted them. But I have two videos that are there so why aren’t the others there? I can’t only see the other photos the other person had sent in.
