Unable to use monitors on Mac mini connect with Dell docking station

Hi

Earlier today, I was working on a Mac Mini connected to a Dell docking station. Everything, including the mouse and keyboard, works, but I can’t get the monitors to extend — they only duplicate at the moment. I installed the “DisplayLink” software, but it didn’t help. Also, under Settings > Privacy & Security on the Mac, “Display Manager” has been enabled.

Any idea how to use the same dock and get extended display on both monitors?

Thank you

Macs only support attaching one display to a plain USB-C dock, or two to a Thunderbolt dock. The WD22TB4 allows you to connect more than two displays. It isn't a DisplayLink "stunt box", and so installing a DisplayLink driver is pointless. But on a Mac, many of its pairs of outputs present copies of a single video signal.

The following Dell Support article shows how you must configure your monitor connections if you want to drive two monitors and be able to use them in an extended desktop fashion.
