From the attached screenshot, you can see that I am using less than 200 GB. I want to downgrade from 2 TB, but the "Done" button is greyed out to complete the downgrade. I tried on my iPhone, as well, but it's basically the same—only on the iPhone, there is no Done button at all.

Thanks, Niel. So you’re saying the “Done” button won’t appear until after the current billing cycle?
If so, that’s so odd. Can’t say I recall ever seeing that before. Any downgrades I’ve ever seen before let you downgrade and you get a message that appears saying something like; “Your downgrade service/price will begin after your current billing cycle.”
Don't recall ever seeing it where you have to wait.
You've done everything you need to for the downgrade.
