Whenever I say “Siri remind me to do the shopping on Sunday morning” or “vacuum the house on… ” I get a message saying “I don’t see an app for that. You’ll need to download one.”
Huh? Why can’t the iPhone 16 do a simple reminder?

UK iphone 16 user here.
Just said "Siri". She said "uh-huh". I said "remind me to do the shopping on Saturday". She said "I've set a reminder to do the shopping on Saturday" and do you know what? - she bloomin' well had.
(i) Try turning phone off and back on, or even a force re-start
(ii) Check iOS up to date 18.4.1
(iii) Put a post-it note on your fridge or next to your shopping bags.
