Unable to delete eSIM from my iPhone 12
I am facing problem while deleting the eSIM. EID is not removed from the device

Is your iPhone carrier locked? Settings->General->About->Carrier Lock. If it’s locked only your carrier can remove the eSIM. As Mr. Burger has pointed out the EID has nothing to do with the eSIM.
