I was trying to set up my new phone and I ended up transferring my data carrier but I was not ready to transfer just yet so I tried to set eSIM on my old phone back up. But ended up deleting both on both phones now I’m stuck

Contact your carrier is the only option for you. Stay away from Lycamobile.US, they don't have re-provisioning option, you will need to buy the new one.

You can use your carrier’s app or a QR code.
If neither are available, contact your carrier directly.
Contact your carrier....and hope that they are in a good mood.
