This iPhone 6 couldn't have come from the factory. They were discontinued over 9 years ago.
Whoever you purchased this iPhone from, left the MDM restriction on. Only they can remove it. We can't. Apple can't. Try asking them to do so, and if they won't, a refund. But even so, I don't know if an iPhone 6 is of much value these days. It already can't run most apps.

To summarize the above: You don't. The device is either stolen or was not removed from the management system of the company that owned it before they disposed of it.
You need to reach out to where you bought this phone from. Looks like it is still in MDM or ABM. You have to remove it or release it from MDM/ABM to get rid of remote management screen.
Someone installed the MDM profile on your phone. They are the only one who can remove it.
