Google Meet Echo while using safari in Macbook

Going to System settings> General, then unchecking "Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices", appeared to fix it for me.

I noticed that the audio would break up whenever the Safari Handoff icon appeared in the dock, and opening Safari on my iPhone would sometimes cause Google Meet on the Mac to hang entirely. Disabling Handoff stopped this from happening.

  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on when you came across this issue, and how you've troubleshot it, thus far. Include the URL of this thread
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
