How do I fix Safari's 'Turn on JavaScript' issue after iOS 18.4 update?

so after getting the ios 18.4 update i’ve noticed something really weird and annoying, every hour (sometimes less than that) all my websites in my tab will refresh and tell me to “turn on javascript to keep searching” but when i click on it, it goes back to what i searched, mind you javascript is already on so this is odd and the fact that nobody has found a solution is insane, somebody help me??
