Notice that siri dont respond to me anymore just today, tried calls and the other side can hear me but not on speaker, tried in dictation and nothing, I did not recently updated my OS but my phone fell in the bathroom.

first update the device to latest OS and check whether the siri is working or not .
Take take a data back up and restore the device .
Still not working then it might be Hardware issue as your device has fell down so it may have liquid impact also .
Visit any Apple service provider for additional diagnostics.
I recently got my iphone 16 and sometimes have to ask Siri several times before I get a response. She hears me, because I turned on transcript and my request shows up on screen. She just doesn't respond. I've done allthe obvious settings fixes and still no response
