Why does Safari 18.4 incorrectly detect location and show an error?

I posted a question about Safari 18.4 not correctly detecting my location even though everything is ok on location services. FireFox or Google Chrome doesn't have the same issue.

Now, I see the attached error message when I was trying to check something on Google Scholar. I don't have the same problem when I use FireFox.

Has something been changed in Safari 18.4 that creates these issues??
