Do you have the original proof of purchase from Apple or an authorized retailer? If not, you're out of luck.
Apple won't help you if you don't have that documentation.
Apple currently isn't doing business in Russia due to the sanctions that are in place. Where and when did you purchase the phone?
KiltedTime is correct. Apple will ONLY help you if you purchased the phone from Apple itself or an actual Apple Authorized Seller. If you bought it from anyone else, Apple will not help you. Since Apple no longer sells devices in Russia, you very likely didn't buy the phone from Apple or an Authorized Seller, which would mean you're very likely out of luck here.

Apple stopped doing business in Russia in April of 2022.

You may need to call Apple Support in another country or region. We’re not employees. We don’t have access to any of your personal or financial information. Apple Support doesn’t reply or even read your posts. You may need to contact friends you trust outside of Russia for assistance contacting Apple. But continuing here is a waste of your time.
