Health App is not warning me when my tablets are due

I have 10 tablets in the morning and 3 in the evening. The Health app was working perfectly on my old iPhone X, now I have an iPhone 15 the warnings have stopped, any suggestions.

Go to Settings>Notifications. Scroll down to Health. Make sure that is turned on. Then scroll down to the bottom and you should see Health Notification Settings. Tap on there and you will see information about the different health sections. There is a section Medications. There are multiple settings there. You can also go into your Medication list and ensure that each of the medications you have listed has a time setting attached to it.
