Health App missing / restricted
I cannot find Health app on my iphone. Library search turns up nothing. App store says I have it but won't open is because "restricted." How to lift restrictions?

What you might want to try doing is going into Settings and lifting the restrictions yourself. Navigate Screen Time -- Always Allowed, then health app may be there. You may need to enter your 4 digit pin in order to turn it on "Always Allowed."
