Health App missing / restricted

I cannot find Health app on my iphone. Library search turns up nothing. App store says I have it but won't open is because "restricted." How to lift restrictions?

iPhone 11, iOS 18

You probably have Screen Time Restrictions in place then. Try going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allow Apps.

What you might want to try doing is going into Settings and lifting the restrictions yourself. Navigate Screen Time -- Always Allowed, then health app may be there. You may need to enter your 4 digit pin in order to turn it on "Always Allowed."
