Home sharing option not working on my iPhone 13 Pro
Go to Home app, and attempt to share control. Documentation says to click "Share" under me in the owner list. The Share isn't there anymore.

Home Sharing as labeled by Apple has nothing to do with the Home app, as confusing as that may be. Home Sharing is used to share media from a computer to other devices.

Perhaps you are referring to the option of Inviting someone to control your Home's smart devices.
If so, the Option is under the (...) menu ➜ Home Settings ➜ Invite People in the Home App.
