Apps not loading even with Wi-Fi on my iPhone 11 Pro

Some apps on my phone aren’t loading including WhatsApp while some are. I thought it was network issue but i connected to a Wi-Fi but it’s the same. I’ve tried updating the apps, reset network settings and restarting my phone. It’s still the same
