I got back from my cruise on 4-13/25 and my cellular data hasn’t been working . I have to be connected to wifi for anything to work. I’ve restarted my phone 10+ times , I’ve made sure cellular was on , I’ve turned airplane mode on and off . I’ve done everything and it’s still not working. My dad said att turned my phone off but when we got it turned back on it still didn’t work

Apple doesn't deliver cellular service to your iPhone. Your carrier does. Elevate this higher with your carrier or get a different carrier who will take the time to actually help you. You pay them for service. Make them work for the money you give them every month.
Since you get cellular data from the carrier you pay for cellular service, that's who you should contact for help.
Call back or visit one of your AT&T corporate stores. No responsible AT&T support team members would say that your device is on, so it’s working.
Have you tried resetting network settings? It sounds like the data has not reset to get you a current IP address to access your network's data. Go to Settings>General>Transfer or Reset>Reset>Reset Network Settings. While that will also reset your wi-fi remove your wi-fi passwords, it will not delete any date. After that reset, your device should reconnect to your cellular network. If not, it is up to your cellular provider to reset your account to connect again. Apple has nothing to do with that.

Is "No SIM" shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, go here to fix that: If you See 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
D. Install a Cellular Update:
While connected to WiFi, try installing Cellular Update: Update your Service Provider Settings Manually on your iPhone or iPad – Apple Support
I tried and they said my phone was turned on so they can’t do anything else and it was an apple problem
