My iphones camera and flashlight not working

Hi so recently i had an issue that my camera and flashlight was not working ... but some of my friends just messing with the settings and the camera worked parfectly but recently i reseted my iphone and the camera of it gone again ... my friend forgot how to fix it! i know that its not a hardware problem its a settings issue

Can someone tell me how to fix it through the settings?
