Sustain pedal, on/off, change it to momentary

You can do this in the Environment and very likely with the Scripter plugin too. You may also check, if you can do it inside Nektar controller.

It seems you are using a switch pedal in the moment. I would buy a sustain pedal, they are not expensive.

There is another way to do this.

Unplug the controller, power down the MIDI controller, with Logic Not running, plug the pedal into the powered down controller...then power up the controller. The controller should configure itself to the pedals polarity.
