Has anyone noticed after updating when searching for a reminder It doesn’t find it anymore. Now I have to manually go through all my reminders to find the one I’m looking for.

No. I have not noticed this, as of this reply.
A. Are these Synced through iCloud?
Go here: If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t Sync - Apple Support
B. Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.
I found the Fix solution on Reddit And it worked for me. “I was apprehensive on toggling the ICloud Reminders Sync option off, because it gave me this message "are you sure you want to continue all iCloud reminders will be removed from your iPhone "

when I continued within minutes of turning back on the sync my reminders started all coming back. And now the problem is solved. I can search for a word from an Older reminder and it will find it👍

i am having exact same issue, but some things do show up in search results.
For instance I search coffee and nothing shows in search results, I search pizza and it shows the item correctly. But in my grocery list coffee and pizza are both there so there is no reason coffee shouldn’t be found.
I’ve tested with multiple lists and items in lists, it appears to be completely random and doesn’t matter if an item is completed or not (or if the completed item are hidden or visible).
