Can I retrieve lost iTunes files from OneDrive?

I have just discovered that 195 of my songs in ITunes (21 504 in total) cannot now be located. All the playable songs are still located at: J:\OneDrive\Music\iTunes\iTunesMedia\Music\, but the 'unlocatable' files are showing as now being at: file://localhost/J:/OneDrive/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/.

Is there any way I can access these files now to restore them to my iTunes Library (there's nothing on the local or OneDrive cloud Recycle Bins & File Explorer does not find them searching the whole PC)?

And how did this happen?!

Hi muguy. I actually have ALL my iTunes song files both in the Muisc folder within the OneDrive folder on my PC's harddrive and they are all syned to OneDrive in the cloud. The files now cannot be found in either location. The file description in each lost file now states it's located at: file://localhost/J:/OneDrive/Music/iTunes/. Does that location actually exist anywhere physically?!
