How can I track lost iPhone?

Hi,

My brother’s iPhone, which is linked to my Apple ID, has been misplaced. My mom hid it somewhere but can’t remember where she put it. I’ve checked the Find My app, but it shows "No Location Found" for his device.

Could you please advise how I can track his current location or at least view the last known location when the phone was still powered on?

Thank you for your help!

Find My is the only place to locate a lost/misplaced device. How long has it been hidden? If it has been long enough for the battery to die, or for it to have been powered off, then you won't locate it. If it has only been a sort time, then you can try locating it and use the Play Sound command to play a sound on the device and that sound will play even if the device is muted, so long as it is powered on and connected to the internet.

The Find My app would display your iPhone's last known location for up to 7 days, while Find My on the web would display it for up to 24 hours. No Location Found usually means the device's location was known at some point, but longer than recently. Possible reasons could be not connected to the internet, powered off, or location services are turned off. There is no other way to track the location aside from Find My and what it displays to you.
