How do I fix auto-update issues for Health app data on iPhone 13 mini with iOS 18.4.1?

Health data on my iPhone 13 mini have not auto-updated since April 15, 2025. Please advise settings necessary to restore the Health App performance.

Apple Health on IPad can’t download my data I’ve been really looking forward to Health on the iPad but since upgrading to the latest iOS on my new iPad Pro the Health app just says it is downloading my data (under my name on the app it says “Downloading” with the spinning wheel) but it hasn’t downloaded any info yet.
